If you’re looking for a place to host a site, I’ve got a recommendation. I recently signed up a client with Green Geeks, and I’ve been really happy with their service.
And the price was fantastic too. At less than $100/year, very reasonable, and they have the fastest servers I’ve ever used — anywhere. Including my own.
I needed to install a SSL certificate, ran into some difficulties, and their tech support was amazing: it was staffed by english-speaking tech people! They pointed me in the right direction and assisted on their end when necessary.
At any rate, people occasionally ask me where to host sites, so I figured I’d just put it in writing here: Green Geeks is my current favorite.

In the aforementioned batchScan feature in amazonPepr, you can now select to return UK results from amazon as well. Helpful in use when evaluating international editions of books.
It’s easy to use, just check the “UK” checkbox when uploading your ISBN list, and Pepr will take care of the rest.

There’s a new tool available in amazonPepr for scanning large lists of books. You upload a tab or csv-delimited file, and Pepr will generate a report of all the Amazon data as well as any wholesale data you have on file. Pepr will email you when the report is done, and provide you a link to download the resulting file.
Very handy if you need to scan a large list of ISBNs on a regular or one-time basis.

Hello Everyone,
I’ve started this new blog for the express purpose of communicating new product announcements, new features, and system maintenance notifications.
Various products like AOM and APL get updated from time-to-time, and other services, like amazonPepr.com get updated with new features. You’ll see those kinds of updates listed here.
Also, some of you have websites hosted on Berding Consulting servers, and downtime notices will be listed here as well, as far in advance as possible. Any downtime will also be described here.
I would suggest subscribing to this Blog via RSS if you would like to stay informed about product updates, scheduled downtime, or new feature announcements.
