All hourly services are billed at $95/hour in quarter-hour increments.  Invoices are sent on the 1st of the month for the prior months’ hours.  Invoices are due at the end of the month.  If the invoice is not paid in full, a $30 or 1.5% late fee (whichever is greater) will be added.  Invoices can be paid via check or credit card.

Web Hosting, VPS Hosting, KobiBooks and other subscription packages are exclusively handled through online subscriptions.  Any custom design, support, or additional assistance beyond any quoted terms will be charged according to the hourly terms above.
